- 4 portions lean beef steak (fillet, scotch, sirloin or rump)
- 40g butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic
- ½ teaspoon of ground paprika
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- olive oil for cooking
Method
- Combine the butter, garlic, paprika and parsley, mix well and put aside.
- Brush the steak with a little olive oil, then cook in a hot pan on both sides until cooked to your desired degree.
- Once done, cover and rest in a warm place for about 2 minutes to retain the juices.
- Serve with a good dollop of garlic butter on top and your favorite vegetables.
