- 180g of butter
- 60g of icing sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 180g of plain flour
- 60g custard powder
Method
- Beat butter til soft, add icing sugar, beat well.
- Sift in flour, custard powder and salt, work in gradually.
- Form into small balls, place on cold oven trays and press flat crossways with prongs of a fork, dipped in flour.
- Bake in an 180'c oven for 15-20 minutes. GOOD.
