- 1 whole chicken
- Roast Chicken Stuffing
- Masterfoods Roast Chicken Seasoning
- mixed herbs
Method
- Fill chicken stuffing within the cavity of the chicken.
- Season the top of the chicken with chicken seasoning and then sprinkle lightly with mixed herbs.
- Place chicken on an oven tray with baking paper. Cook for 1/2 hour.
- Remove chicken from oven, lightly drizzle in cooking oil. Doing this part of the step now rather then at the start, prevents your seasoning from running off. Place chicken back in the oven.
- Roast chicken for 2-3 hours on 180'c, or until juices run clear. Remove the chicken every 30 minute intervals to bast it in chicken juices.
